Survey on the listener experience of reproduced sound

Thank you for taking part in this survey by the University of Salford Acoustics Research Centre. We are interested in people's experiences with sound and audio. In the survey, you will be asked to think about an occasion when you have listened to reproduced audio and to answer a number of questions about that experience.

There are no right or wrong answers in this survey, and all responses will be anonymous. The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.

Please read the following statement and click the "Start survey" button below if you agree to participate.

'I freely and voluntarily consent to be a participant in the research on the topic of audio perception. I understand: that I am free to leave at any time during the task; that my participation in this study is completely voluntary and that I may withdraw from it at any time without negative consequences. My answers in this survey will be completely anonymised and no identifying information will be collected. This site will collect answers and hold them securely. The arrangements for data storage and security comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act.'

This research has been approved by the University of Salford Ethics committee. Due to constraints imposed by the University's ethics committee, children under the age of 18 cannot participate in the experiment.
